Tasty Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

• Sausages (Bratwurst or Italian Sausage)
• Onions
• Beer
• Sausage Bun
• Pickle Relish
• Mustard

Instructions

1. Put the sausages and onions in a pan with a few cups full of water or beer and crank the heat unil the liquid starts to boil.
2. Turn the temperature down and cover the pan with a lid. Let the sausages and onions steam for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the lid, set aside the onions, and turn the heat up to medium-high, browning the exterior of the sausages. A safe internal temperature for sausages is 165℃
4. Serve on a toasted sausage bun with
   • the onions
   • a chunky pickle relish
   • grainy mustard
